保障性住房建设和城中村改造作为"三大工程"重要组成部分,目前面临着行政审批、申请审核、配售交易、数据共享等方面存在诸多管理难题和挑战.信息技术的引入为住房保障工作提供了新的思路和解决方案.本文将探讨信息技术对住房保障管理的作用,分析其在保障性住房建设和城中村改造等方面的作用,揭示信息化在提升住房保障管理效率、管理能力、政务服务能力和实现城市可持续发展方面的重要意义.
Abstract
As an important part of the"three major projects",the construction of affordable housing and the renovation of urban villages are currently facing many management problems and challenges in administrative approval,application review,placement transactions,data sharing and other aspects.The introduction of information technology provides new ideas and solutions for housing security work.This paper discusses the role of informatization in housing security management,analyzes its role in the construction of affordable housing and the transformation of urban villages.This paper reveals the significance of informatization in improving the efficiency of housing security management,management ability,government service ability and sustainable urban development.
