The Application of Inspection Robots in the Intelligence of Comprehensive Pipe Galleries
In order to improve the safety and efficiency of the operation and maintenance of the integrated pipe corridor,this paper analyzes the important application of the inspection robot in the intelligent process of the integrated pipe corridor by introducing the functional module design of the inspection robot and its installation in the integrated pipe corridor and the design of crossing the fire protection zone.In terms of functional module design,the inspection robot integrates multiple functions such as environment perception and real-time communication to ensure the comprehensive monitoring of the interior environment of the pipe corridor.During the installation process,special consideration was given to the problem of crossing fire zones.To explore the deep integration of inspection robot and intelligent management and control platform of integrated pipe corridor.In the comprehensive pipe corridor cement structure defect detection,the inspection robot significantly reduces the missed detection rate by virtue of its high-precision detection ability.The research results show that the application of inspection robots in the intelligent integrated pipeline corridor not only improves the operation and maintenance efficiency,but also enhances the security of the pipeline corridor,and provides a new solution for the intelligent management of urban infrastructure.
