Air-ground Coordinated Monitoring of Urban Black and Odorous Water Bodies Based on Remote Sensing Technology
Monitoring black and odorous water bodies is an important aspect of water environment regulation and management. This paper develops a comprehensive identification model for black and odorous water bodies using high-resolution remote sensing technology, establishes a coordinated monitoring mechanism combining aerial and ground observations, and conducts nationwide investigations of suspected black and odorous water bodies in urban built-up areas.By verifying the water body information through concurrent on-site investigations, the model's threshold for identifying black and odorous water bodies is adjusted to improve the accuracy of remote sensing detection.Years of practical experience and experiments have demonstrated that urban black and odorous water body monitoring, based on remote sensing technology and coordinated aerial-ground monitoring, can effectively achieve broad and efficient detection of suspected black and odorous water bodies in cities.
