In order to solve the problems of malicious tampering and unregulated transaction data in the centralized electronic trading system,this paper introduces how to build and deploy a construction project bidding digital witness platform based on blockchain technology from the aspects of construction objectives、construction principles、overall architecture、link data architectur、deployment mode etc.This paper analyzes the effectiveness of applying blockchain technology in the field of public resource trading in promoting the performance of the witness function of the trading platform and improving the credibility of the platform.
