TOD commercial projects are public transport-oriented and have the features of technical complexity and high construction difficulty,which undoubtedly puts forward higher requirements for the project management.In order to control commercial real estate projects more efficiently,it is particularly important to adopt advanced project management methods and BIM digital construction technology.This paper analyzes and discusses BIM technology in project management of A4-2 project,which is the first TOD Sunland International Community in Waigaoqiao area of Shanghai,and introduces relevant application contents,and summarizes a set of application paths of BIM technology in commercial project management.
