摘要
BIM技术是建筑业实现数字化转型的重要工具,能有效推动建筑业智能化、绿色化转型发展.本文以浦东新区2022年报建项目BIM技术应用调研的158份问卷为基础,采用描述性分析和统计分析的方法,研究BIM技术在应用阶段、应用模式、应用流程、协同管理、应用成效方面的特征,分析存在的主要问题.根据现状特征及问题,提出了提升运维BIM应用、加强正向BIM应用、推广建设单位BIM应用模式、加强宣传交流等方面的措施,以期为行业BIM技术应用提供借鉴,为主管部门制定相应措施提供参考.
Abstract
BIM technology is an important tool for the digital transformation of the construction industry,which can effectively promote the industrialization,intelligence,and green transformation and development of the construction industry.This article is based on a survey of 158 questionnaires on the application of BIM technology for construction projects in Pudong New Area in 2022.Descriptive and statistical analysis methods are used to study the characteristics of BIM technology in application stages,application modes,application processes,collaborative management,and application effectiveness,and to analyze the main existing problems.Based on the current characteristics and problems,measures have been proposed to enhance the application of BIM in operations and maintenance,strengthen positive BIM application,establish BIM application models for construction units,and strengthen publicity and communication,in order to provide reference for the application of BIM technology in the industry and for the formulation of corresponding measures by regulatory authorities.
