随着BIM技术飞速发展,如今的BIM已经从Building Information Modeling向Building Information Management转变,从简单的模型处理发展到全生命周期的应用,可以有效辅助工程管理,将BIM技术提前应用到施工现场规划阶段,从而更好地指导现场施工,降低企业施工风险与施工成本.本文以某轨道交通工程某站为依托,重点研究了基于BIM的轨道交通施工工程管理的关键技术和方法.通过BIM模型的建立和应用,可以实现施工进度的实时监测和控制,提高施工工程的组织管理和资源调配效率,采用案例分析和数据统计的方法,对基于BIM的轨道交通施工工程的筹备和管理效果进行了评估和分析.通过对比实施BIM技术前后的工程数据和项目成本,初步估计节约投资 39.8848 万元,节省工期 45 天,其包括减少工程变更、提高施工效率、降低项目成本和改善工程质量等方面的显著效果,具备良好的可推广性.
Research on Construction Process of Rail Transit Based on BIM
With the rapid development of BIM technology,BIM has changed from Building Information Modeling to Building Information Management,from simple model processing to full life cycle application,which can effectively assist project management and apply BIM technology to the construction site planning stage in advance,so as to better guide on-site construction and reduce construction risks and construction costs.Based on a station of a rail transit project,this paper focuses on the key technologies and methods of rail transit construction project management based on BIM.Through the establishment and application of BIM model,real-time monitoring and control of construction progress can be realized,and the efficiency of organization and management of construction projects and resource allocation can be improved.By comparing the engineering data and project costs before and after the implementation of BIM technology,it is initially estimated that the investment will be saved by 398,848 yuan,and the construction period will be saved by 45 days,which includes significant effects in reducing engineering changes,improving construction efficiency,reducing project costs and improving project quality,etc.,and has good generalizability.
