针对地下室设备及管线错综复杂,专业多,施工难度大的问题,以海珠区妇女儿童医院建设项目为例,研究通过建筑信息模型参数化优化地下室设备及管线模型,并导出迭代相关数据进行数据分析,用于数字化管理.结果表明,该技术对原设计方案优化率超过98%.不仅大幅提升了管线布置的合理性,还显著提高了施工效率,节约管线及配件材料成本.这种方法有效保障了医院机电管线系统的安全性、合理性、可行性和经济性,有助于推进机电工程管理的智能化发展.
Technology Application of Hospital Basement Equipment and Pipeline Layout Based on BIM Parametric Optimization
In view of the problems of intricate basement equipment and pipelines,many specialties and difficult construction,taking the construction project of Haizhu District Women and Children's Hospital as an example,this paper studies the parameterization optimization of basement equipment and pipeline models through building information modeling,and exports relevant data for data analysis for digital management.The results show that the optimization rate of the technology is more than 98%for the original design scheme.It not only greatly improves the rationality of pipeline layout,but also significantly improves construction efficiency and saves the cost of pipeline and accessories materials.This method effectively guarantees the safety,rationality,feasibility and economy of the electromechanical pipeline system of the hospital,and helps to promote the intelligent development of electromechanical engineering management.
