建筑结构安全是社会重点关注问题,BIM数字化技术的使用,解决了传统建筑结构中信息化程度低下的问题,但未解决跨阶段的信息孤岛问题.本文提出一种基于BIM的逆向工程技术的建筑结构安全评估模式,通过对实体建筑的激光扫描的点云数据,基于BIM进行逆向工程,完成 3D建模,结合建筑结构安全评估信息化平台,进行建筑结构安全检查与分析,实现信息与物理的交互.
Research on the Safety Assessment Mode of Building Structure Based on Reverse Engineering Technology Based on BIM
The safety of building structure is a key issue in society,and the use of BIM digital technology solves the problem of low informatization in traditional building structures,but does not come up with a solution of cross-stage information islands.This paper proposes a building structure safety assessment model based on BIM-based reverse engineering technology,which carries out reverse engineering based on BIM through the point cloud data scanned by the laser of the physical building,completes the 3D modeling,and combines the building structure safety assessment information platform to carry out the building structure safety inspection and analysis,so as to realize the interaction between information and physics.
