Research on"Property+Home-based Elderly Care"Model Based on Smart Home
This paper aims to introduce the development background of the home-based elderly care model in China,and analyzes the new opportunities for the development and construction of the new-type home-based elderly care model,based on digital Intelligence method,in the new era.Combining the aging degree of China's population with the shortcomings found in practical work,the paper proposes the"Property+Home-based elderly care"model based on smart home.Starting from the aspects of construction,operation and work suggestions,the paper deeply analyzes and puts forward the development suggestions and prospects of the model.
