随着信息技术的不断发展,建筑行业正在向智能化、数字化方向发展,建筑信息模型(BIM)技术作为建筑领域的重要工具,与装配式建筑相结合已成为推动行业发展的重要力量,也是目前建筑工程建设中最热门的技术之一.建筑信息模型(BIM)技术为装配式建筑的设计、施工和管理提供了全方位的数据支持,解决了装配式建筑在设计及施工过程中所遇到的一系列难点问题.基于实际工程,本文旨在探讨基于BIM技术在公共数据环境的装配式建筑的研究,运用BIM技术进行三维模拟可视化展示,采用信息协同平台进行数据交互轻量化展示,利用编程进行二次开发,计量软件进行设计算量,分析BIM技术在装配式建筑全生命周期中的应用价值,为提升装配式建筑的设计水平和施工效率提供理论支持和实践指导.
Application of BIM Technology in Prefabricated Building Design and Application——Taking a Residential Community in Liuzhou as an Example
With the continuous development of information technology,the modern construction industry is moving towards intelligent and digital directions.Building information modeling(BIM)technology,an important tool in the modern construction field,has become an important force to promote the industry's development by combining it with prefabricated building technology.It is also one of the most popular technologies in current construction project construction.BIM technology provides comprehensive data support for the design,construction,and management of prefabricated buildings,solving a series of difficult problems encountered in the design and construction of prefabricated buildings.Based on actual projects,this paper aims to explore the research on prefabricated buildings based on BIM public data environment,using BIM technology for three-dimensional simulation visualization display,using information coordination platform for lightweight data interaction display,using programming for secondary development,using measurement software for design calculation,and analyzing the application value of BIM technology in the entire life cycle of prefabricated buildings,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the design level and construction efficiency of prefabricated buildings.
