Exploration of the Implementation Path for BIM Data Assetization
With the in-depth development of digitization across various industries in China,the size of the digital economy has been increasing year by year,and the amount of data generated by these industries has grown exponentially.Taking data as a factor of production will further enhance new quality productive forces.In the digitization process of the construction industry,Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology has emerged as a crucial tool.The application of BIM technology has generated a vast amount of data resources.By upgrading BIM data resources into assets,the data can be facilitated circulation and sharing,thereby promoting the development of"Digital Housing and Urban-Rural Construction".This paper first discusses the value of BIM data assetization,and then integrates the theoretical steps of data assetization with the accounting system.Based on actual production work,an implementation pathway for BIM data assetization has been proposed,encompassing steps such as data confirmation of ownership,data resourcing,productization,valuation,trading.
