一例进口精对苯二甲酸的表征与固体废物属性鉴别

本研究采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)等分析设备对一申报品名为"精对苯二甲酸"的样品进行综合表征,得到该样品的主要成分及含量、酸值、灼烧残渣、水分及杂质含量等理化特征.将其与相关参考文献、标准等资料进行比对研究,进而判断样品的来源及属性.结果表明:该样品的组成主要为对苯二甲酸,其外观、酸值、灼烧残渣、对甲基苯甲酸(p-TOL)、对羧基苯甲醛(4-CBA)、水分等项目不满足GB/T 32685-2016《工业用精对苯二甲酸(PTA)》的要求,为对苯二甲酸生产过程中产生的残次品、回收料或下脚料等.依据GB 34330-2017《固体废物鉴别标准通则》中4.2a)产品加工和制造过程中产生的下脚料、边角料、残余物质等,综合判定该样品是固体废物.
Characterization of an Imported Purified Terephthalic Acid and Identification of Solid Waste Properties
In this study,x-ray diffraction(XRD),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and other analytical equipment were used to comprehensively characterize a sample declared as Purified Terephthalic Acid,and the physical and chemical characteristics of the sample such as main components and contents,acid value,ignition residue,moisture and impurity content were obtained.It was compared with relevant references,standards and other materials to determine the source and attributes of the sample.The results showed that the composition of the sample was mainly terephthalic acid,and its appearance,acid value,ignition residue,p-toluic acid(p-TOL),4-carboxybenzaldehyde(4-CBA),moisture and other items were not in accordance with the provisions of Purified Terephthalic Acid(PTA)for Industrial Use(GB/T 32685-2016),but rather belonged to defective products,recycled materials or scraps generated in the production process of terephthalic acid.According to 4.2 a)scraps,leftovers,residual substances,etc.generated in the process of product processing and manufacturing in General Rules of Identification standards for Solid Wastes(GB 34330-2017),the sample was determined to be solid waste.
