摘要
本文以中国、欧盟和美国等国家和地区的电动汽车充电桩市场准入法规角度为切入点,围绕充电桩作为测量仪器的特殊要求,对各个主流进出口市场采用的检验、计量检定标准的具体要求进行解读,并通过彼此对应关联的情况进行差异化分析比较,梳理欧美等重点输入国家和地区的电动汽车充电桩的准入门槛,提出技术参数的合规化要点,为充电桩出口产业的技术开发兼容性提供有效指引.
Abstract
This paper first introduces the market access regulations of electric vehicle charging stations in China,the European Union and the United States.In light of the special requirements of charging stations as measuring instruments,it interprets the specific requirements of inspection and metrological verification standards adopted in various mainstream import and export markets.By conducting differentiated analysis and comparison,the paper sorts out the entry threshold of electric vehicle charging stations in key importing countries and regions such as the European Union and the United States,and puts forward the key points of compliance of technical parameters,so as to provide effective guidance for the compatibility of technology development in the charging station export industry.
