A New Record of Meigenia in Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport Area
This paper aims to identify flies captured in Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport area.Firstly,the flies were identified by morphological method,then genomic DNA was extracted,and molecular identification was carried out using DNA barcoding technique based on mitochondrial COⅠgene.The phylogenetic tree was constructed by selecting 5 species of flies with high sequence similarity from the comparison results.Morphological identification indicated that the flies belonged to Meigenia mutabilis,and the CO Ⅰ gene sequence of these flies was 98.73%homologous to Meigenia mutabilis in the GenBank(accession number:KX844373.1).It was the first report in Shandong province by literature review.Therefore,the Meigenia mutabilis captured at Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport area was newly recorded in Shandong Province.
