Analysis of Infectious Disease Surveillance among Entry-Exit Personnel at Guizhou Port 2012-2021
This study analyzed the infectious disease detection of 36,335 entry-exit personnel at Guizhou port from 2012 to 2021 and the epidemic situation of infectious diseases among entry-exit personnel at Guizhou port in recent 10 years,so as to provide a scientific basis for the effective prevention and treatment of infectious diseases at the port.The results showed that 419 cases of infectious diseases were detected from 2012 to 2021,with a detection rate of 11.53‰.The detection rates of HIV infection,syphilis,active tuberculosis and viral hepatitis were 1.02‰(37/36335),1.60‰(58/36335),1.29‰(47/36335)and 7.62‰(277/36335),respectively.The most infectious disease was detected among laborers,accounting for 56.32%;followed by overseas students,accounting for 26.25%.This study suggests that the focus of infectious disease surveillance,health education,and health behavior intervention of people entering and exiting Guizhou port should be laborers and overseas students.
