摘要
针对目前大宗商品重量鉴定主要采取手工计算或简单程序辅助方式开展,信息化集成度、计算效率、鉴定数据分散性有待提升等方面,宁波海关以"智慧海关、智能边境、智享联通"理念为引领,将推进智慧海关建设与大宗商品重量鉴定工作相结合,以科技智能创新驱动业务模式创新,开发大宗商品智慧重量鉴定系统,实现大宗商品重量智慧鉴定,全面提升智慧监管效能和把关服务水平.
Abstract
In view of the current problems of manual calculation or simple program assistance,low information integration,low calculation efficiency,and scattered survey data in bulk commodity weight survey,under the initiative on"Smart Customs,Smart Borders and Smart Connectivity",Ningbo Customs develops a smart weight survey system for bulk commodities.It combines the construction of Smart Customs with bulk commodity weight survey,promotes operation model innovation with technological intelligence innovation and realizes smart weight survey of bulk commodities,so as to comprehensively improves smart customs control efficiency and border services.
