摘要

为有效提高进口医疗器械风险评估的客观性和科学性,本文基于层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP),梳理了进口医疗器械本身以及境外、口岸、境内各环节中的风险因素,构建了进口医疗器械多指标风险评估体系.通过专家对各层风险指标建立的比较矩阵,计算出各指标权重,然后在专家对指标赋分后,通过加权计算生成最终风险分值,从而进一步确定风险等级和相应的风险控制措施.

Abstract

To effectively improve the objectivity and scientificity of risk assessment for imported medical devices,based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the risk indexes of imported medical devices and involved overseas,border,and domestic links were sorted out,and a multi-index risk assessment system for imported medical devices was then constructed.By using a comparison matrix established by experts on risk indexes at each level,the weights of each index are calculated.After experts assigning scores to the indexes,the final risk score is generated through weighted calculation,thereby further determining the risk level and corresponding risk control measures.
