摘要

本文通过优化不同蔬菜提取净化过程中加水量和净化剂用量,使用高效液相色谱串联质谱多反应监控模式,建立了优化QuEChERS结合高效液相色谱串联质谱仪测定不同种类蔬菜中21种农药残留的方法,方法检出限为0.5~1.55 μg/kg,相对标准偏差为1.8%~7.5%.结果表明,该方法灵敏度高﹑回收率稳定﹑重现性较好,适用于不同种类蔬菜中多种农药残留的快速检测.

Abstract

In this paper,by optimizing the amount of water and purifying agent in the extraction and purification process of different vegetables,and using the multi-reaction monitoring mode of high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,an optimized method for the determination of 21 pesticide residues in different types of vegetables was established,with the detection limit of the method being 0.5-1.55 μg/kg and the relative standard deviation of 1.8%-7.5%.The results showed that the method had high sensitivity,stable recovery and good reproducibility,and was suitable for the rapid detection of a variety of pesticide residues in different types of vegetables.
