Analysis of Infectious Disease Surveillance among inbound-outbound Personnel at Qingdao Port During 2017-2023
This study analyzed the infectious diseases detection of 125924 inbound and outbound travelers at Qingdao Port from 2017 to 2023,aiming to understand the prevalence of infection diseases among inbound and outbound travelers at Qingdao Port and provide the data support and the scientific basis for the effective infectious disease monitoring and control at the port.From 2017 to 2023,a total of 274 cases of various infectious diseases were detected at Qingdao Port,with a detection rate of 2.18‰.Among them,the detection rate of HIV is 0.15‰,the detection rate of syphilis is 0.21‰,the detection rate of hepatitis B is 1.31‰,and the detection rate of hepatitis C is 0.50‰.Among the types of personnel detected for infectious diseases,outbound workers and sailors are the high-risk population for infectious diseases.The detection rate of the inbound workers and international students is also high,indicating that these groups are the key groups for infectious disease monitoring and health intervention at Qingdao Port.The age distribution of infectious disease detection shows that middle-aged and young adults are susceptible to infectious diseases,,highlighting the need to strengthen health education and promotion among this age group.
