Impact of Immunosuppressant Use on Yellow Fever Vaccine
Yellow fever is one of the quarantine infectious diseases in China.It is mainly prevalent in the WHO African Region.Yellow fever vaccination is an important measure to prevent the infection and the spread of the virus.As the yellow fever vaccine is a live attenuated vaccine,vaccination of the immunosuppressed population is often restricted,which may result in delayed vaccination of the yellow fever vaccine,affecting the coverage and protection of the yellow fever vaccine.This paper discusses the impact of immunosuppressant use on yellow fever vaccination in relevant cases,and believes that the risks and benefits of yellow fever vaccination in people who are using immunosuppressants should be carefully evaluated,and vaccination is not recommended in principle.
