This study took the outbound workers who underwent statutory physical examination at Anhui Ports from 2022 to 2023 as the research object,analyzed the prevalence of chronic non-communicable diseases among outbound workers,and used descriptive epidemiological methods to classify and count the monitoring results,so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of chronic non-communicable diseases at ports.The results showed that a total of 5122 cases of chronic non-communicable diseases were detected among 6602 outbound workers,with a prevalence rate of 77.58%.Among them,the top 4 diseases with high prevalence were fatty liver,hypertension,abnormal urinalysis,and abnormal electrocardiogram,with males>females,and the age was mainly 51-60 years old.The prevalence of fatty liver disease was the highest for two consecutive years,and there were statistically significant differences among different years,gender,and age groups(P<0.05),and there were significant differences among different age groups(P<0.001).The results suggest that there is an urgent need to strengthen the prevention and control of chronic non-communicable diseases among outbound workers,carry out health management education and close follow-up for groups with high incidence of diseases,and ensure the health of outbound workers.
