分子生物学技术在甲型肝炎病毒检测中的研究进展

甲型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis A virus,HAV)可引起全球范围内人类肠道疾病的流行,给人们生活和健康造成严重影响,因此对其进行早期的检测和诊断具有重大意义.随着现代分子生物学技术的蓬勃发展,聚合酶链式反应、基因编辑二代测序等技术在HAV检测中得到了广泛的应用.本文综述了近年来分子生物学领域常见检测技术在HAV检测中的应用现状及进展,分析各个分子检测技术的特点,以期为HAV的快速精准检测和海关有效监管提供理论参考及依据,降低HAV给人类造成的危害.
The Hepatitis A virus(HAV)can cause a global epidemic of human intestinal diseases,which has a serious impact on people's life and health,therefore its early detection and diagnosis are of great significance.With the vigorous development of modern molecular biology technology,polymerase chain reaction,gene editing and next-generation sequencing have been widely used in HAV detection.In this paper,the application status and progress of common detection techniques in molecular biology in HAV detection in recent years are reviewed,and the characteristics of various molecular detection techniques are analyzed,with the aim of providing a theoretical reference and basis for the rapid and accurate detection of HAV and effective customs control,reducing the harm caused by HAV.
