GC-MS Determination of 6 Slipping Agents in Food Packaging Materials
In this paper,a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method was established for the simultaneous deter-mination of six slip agents(Lauramide,Hexadecanamide,Oleamide,Stearamide,Erucamide and Behenamide)in food packaging so as to control the quality of food packaging from the source. The samples were crushed, ultrasonically extracted with methanol, and then injected into a gas chromatography-mass spectrometer for analysis. The inlet temperature was optimized, chromatographic separation achieved using a high-temperature ramp-up program, and quantitative qualitative ions selected for mass spectrometry. The results showed that the mass concentrations of the six amides had a good linear relationship in their respective linear ranges, and the limits of quantification were 0.3-22 mg/kg.With the blank sample as the matrix, and by adding the mixed standard solution of 6 amides for recovery test, the recoveries of the compounds in spiked samples were 80.0%-95.0%,and the relative standard deviations(n = 6)of the measured values were 4.6%-7.9%.This method is sensitive, accurate, with high precision and good repeatability, and is suitable for the detection of six slipping agents in food packaging materials.
