摘要
随着人们对鞋类产品安全性要求的提高,阻燃剂的使用变得越来越重要.磷系阻燃剂因其高效、环保的特点在鞋用人造革中得到了广泛应用.然而,磷系阻燃剂的检测方法研究尚不完善,因此开发准确、快速的磷系阻燃剂检测方法成为当前的研究热点.本文综述了近年来鞋用人造革中3种常见磷系阻燃剂检测方法的研究进展,包括高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法和质谱法,并对各种方法的优缺点进行了比较分析.同时,探讨了未来磷系阻燃剂检测方法的发展趋势,初步提出鞋用人造革的安全性评价和阻燃剂合理使用的发展方向.
Abstract
Due to the growth of safety requirements for footwear products,the use of flame retardants has become increasingly important.Phosphorus-based flame retardants have been widely used in shoe artificial leather owing to their high efficiency and environmental friendliness.However,the research on detection methods of phosphorus-based flame retardants is yet to be improved,and their accurate and rapid detection has become a current research hotspot.This study reviews the research progress of three common phosphorus-based flame retardant detection methods in shoe artificial leather in recent years,including high-performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography and mass spectrometry.And it further compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each method.At the same time,the development trend of future detection methods for phosphorus-based flame retardants is discussed,and the roadmap of safety evaluation of shoe artificial leather and reasonable use of flame retardants is tentatively proposed.
