进口再生橡胶的固体废物属性鉴别方法探讨

摘要
为保证进口再生橡胶原料质量,防止硫化橡胶废碎料等属于我国禁止进口的固体废物以再生橡胶原料名义进口,因此需对进口再生橡胶原料实施固体废物属性鉴别.目前针对进口再生橡胶的固体废物属性鉴别尚无统一的标准方法.本文通过外观检查、红外光谱分析、裂解气相色谱-质谱和再生橡胶的性能指标测试等手段,考察进口再生橡胶原料的均匀程度,确定回收橡胶的种类,测试其性能参数,结合生产工艺和原料来源等因素进行综合判断,为准确鉴别再生橡胶固体废物属性提供了参考依据.
Abstract
To ensure the quality of imported reclaimed rubber raw materials and prevent the import of solid wastes such as vulcanized rubber waste and crushed materials that are prohibited from being imported in China under the name of reclaimed rubber raw materials,it is necessary to identify the properties of solid wastes for imported reclaimed rubber raw materials.At present,there is no unified methods for the identification of solid waste attributes of imported reclaimed rubber.This paper examines the uniformity of imported reclaimed rubber,determines the types of reclaimed rubber,tests its performance parameters,and makes a comprehensive judgment based on factors such as production process and raw material source,through visual inspection,infrared spectroscopy analysis,pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and performance index testing.It provides a reference for accurately identifying solid waste properties of imported reclaimed rubber.
