摘要

为加强海关监控指挥中心建设,实现随时随地高效开展海关监控指挥.重庆海关通过分析海关监控指挥的迫切需求,调研一线关员执法环境,基于AR智能眼镜与护目镜技术整合研发了一款安全、便捷、音视频通信清晰、通畅、低延时的移动智能单兵装备整合为智能护目镜,并依托5G通信将现有单兵装备功能全面整合至该设备中,通过与监控指挥系统实时连接,极大提高了在各类风险环境下的智能化远程监控指挥效能.该设备现已获国家专利局实用新型专利审批,是海关通过自主研发智能设备开展"智慧监管"方面的实践探索.

Abstract

This study aims to fortify the infrastructure of customs surveillance and command centers by maximizing the operational efficiency of the customs'monitoring and command system.To achieve seamless and efficient customs monitoring and command capabilities at all times and in any location,there is a pressing need for law enforcement personnel at various customs checkpoints to be equipped with secure,user-friendly,and high-definition audiovisual communication devices that offer seamless connectivity and minimal latency.In response to this requirement,Chongqing Customs has conducted an in-depth analysis of the urgent demands of customs surveillance and command operations and has investigated the operational environment faced by frontline customs officers.The research has led to the development of 5G-integrated intelligent goggles that incorporate augmented reality(AR)technology,unifying the functionalities of existing personal equipment into a personal gear.The real-time integration with the surveillance and command system has significantly enhanced the efficiency of intelligent remote monitoring and command in diverse risk scenarios.The innovation has received utility model patent approval from the National Patent Office,marking a significant step towards"smart supervision"in the Customs through the independent development of intelligent technology.
