3D打印技术作为现代高新技术,能够推动各行各业的技术变革,将其应用于海关口岸监管装备领域能够加快新装备研发速度和推广进度,并可以降低运行维护成本.尤其是在应对紧急突发场景时能够迅速为海关口岸一线执法人员研发出更贴合实际需求的口岸监管装备,实现迅速推广和低成本维护.本文结合重庆海关在应对新冠疫情时应用3D打印技术研发智能护目镜、一体化消毒喷枪、消毒手环等海关口岸监管装备的探索实践,分析3D打印技术在海关口岸监管装备领域的优势、面临的挑战和机遇,并提出了相应的建议,为智慧海关建设提供新视角和新思路.
Exploration and Reflection on the Application of 3D-Printing Technology in Customs Port Supervision Equipment
As a high and new technology,3D-Printing technology has facilitated the technological changes in all industries.3D-Printing technology applied to port customs supervision equipment will largely accelerate research and development and its promotion as well as reduce the operational and maintenance cost.Especially when emergencies as COVID-19 epidemic occur,3D-Printing technology can develop more practical customs supervision equipment for frontline customs officers at customs ports,enabling rapid promotion and low-cost maintenance.The study combines the practice exploration of Chongqing Customs in applying 3D printing technology to develop intelligent goggles and other customs purt supervision equipment during response to the Covid-19 pandamic.It analyzes the advantages,challenges and opportunities of 3D-printing technology applied to port customs supervision equipment,and puts forward corresponding suggestions to provide a new perspective and ideas for the construction of Smart Customs.
