摘要
猴痘(Mpox)是一种由猴痘病毒(Mpox virus,MPXV)感染导致的人畜共患疾病,它类似于由天花病毒(Variola virus,VARV)引起的天花(Smallpox,SPX),并且天花疫苗已经被证实对猴痘同样有效.尽管猴痘不是一种新出现的疾病,但由于其易于在人群中传播的特性且对人类健康存在重大隐患,使其在公共卫生学方面具有重要意义.本文就猴痘病毒病原生物学、临床特征、流行病学以及防控与治疗等最新研究进展进行综述,旨在提高人们对猴痘病毒传播、症状、预防和保护等措施的认知,并为猴痘疫情防控提供参考.
Abstract
Mpox is a zoonotic disease caused by mpox virus(MPXV)infection,it is similar to smallpox(SPX)caused by variola virus(VARV),and the smallpox vaccine has been proven effective against Mpox.Although it is not a newly emerging disease,mpox poses significant public health concerns due to its ease of transmission and potential health risks.This article provides a comprehensive review of the latest research progress on pathogenic biology,clinical characteristics,epidemiology,prevention and control,and other aspects of mpox virus.This aims to enhance understanding of the transmission,symptoms,prevention and protection measures against mpox virus,while also offering guidance for the prevention and control of mpox virus.
