Exploration and Practice of Digital Reform of Epidemic Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases at Ports
Facing the enormous challenges to the prevention and control of infectious diseases brought by the continuous outbreak of new and sudden infectious diseases worldwide,it is crucial for the customs,as the first line of defense against imported diseases,to continuously improve their ability to monitor,warn,and handle infectious disease risks.This article analyzed and summarized the experience and practices of health and inspection process transformation and reshaping at ports through multi-cross collaboration and digital empowerment with digital thinking,cognition,and technology.It elaborated on the digital collaborative work scenarios at the port of Hangzhou customs epidemic prevention and control with"the overall situation controlled on one screen,the government decrees intelligentized with one click,the implementation consistent to the end,and the supervision at one glance".The article aimed to provide reference and guidance for precise quarantine of infectious diseases at ports and the construction of smart customs in the future.
