我国出入境人员梅毒检出率Meta分析

本文分析了近年来我国出入境人员的梅毒检出率,为开展口岸梅毒监测提供参考依据.在中外文献数据库中检索监测时间为 2010-2023 年的我国出入境人员梅毒检出率的相关文献,通过文献筛选和数据整理后,利用R语言Meta软件包进行分析.有 23 篇文献纳入,结果显示 2010-2023 年我国出入境人员的梅毒合并检出率为 0.45%(95%CI:0.32%~0.60%);梅毒检测策略和口岸大小类别是影响梅毒检出率的重要原因,正向策略和欧洲疾病预防和控制中心(European Center for Disease Prevention and Control,ECDC)推荐的反向检测策略的梅毒合并检出率分别为0.36%(95%CI:0.24%~0.51%)和0.83%(95%CI:0.60%~1.10%),大小口岸梅毒合并检出率分别为0.25%(95%CI:0.18%~0.40%)和0.65%(95%CI:0.44%~0.90%),Eggar检验提示纳入文献不存在发表偏倚.综上所述,为防止梅毒从国境口岸传入,应加强重点口岸监测和出入境人员梅毒健康知识普及.
Meta Analysis of Syphilis Positive Rate among Entry and Exit Personnel at Chinese Ports
This paper reviews syphilis positive rate of entry and exit personnel at Chinese ports recently,and provides a reference basis for the monitoring of syphilis at ports.The published literature on syphilis positive rate monitored at Chinese mainland ports from 2010 to 2013 were retrieved in Chinese and foreign databases,and the R language Meta software package was used after literature screening and data sorting.23 studies were included in the analysis.The pool positive rate of syphilis from 2010 to 2023 was 0.45%(95%CI:0.32%-0.60%).The methods of test and port size were important factors affecting the syphilis positive rate.The pool positive rates of syphilis with forward strategy and ECDC reverse strategy were 0.36%(95%CI:0.24%-0.51%)and 0.83%(95%CI:0.60%-1.10%)respectively.The pool positive rate of small ports was 0.25%(95%CI:0.18%-0.40%)while the pool positive rate of the large ports was 0.65%(95%CI:0.44%-0.90%).No publication bias in the included literature is indicated by Eggar test.To prevent transmission of syphilis from ports,we should reinforce the monitoring at key ports and popularize health knowledage among entry and exit personnel.
