摘要
本文通过对国际海员人群代谢综合征(Metabolic Syndrome,MS)配对病例进行对照研究,探讨国际海员患MS的影响因素,为制定该病征的防治措施提供一定的科学参考依据.针对国际海员人群进行流行病学调查、人体基本参数测量和生化指标测定,在此基础上应用条件Logistic回归模型分析.结果表明,MS的发病受多种因素共同作用,已成为影响国际海员健康的公共卫生问题,因此有必要采取相应的措施来降低国际海员代谢综合征的发病风险,提高健康水平.
Abstract
In this paper,matched cases of Metabolic Syndrome(MS)among international seafarers were studied to explore the influencing factors of MS among international seafarers,providing a scientific basis for formulating prevention and treatment measures for MS among international seafarers.Epidemiological investigation aiming at the international seafarers was conducted and their body parameters and biochemical criteria were measured.On this basis,conditional logistic regression model analysis was applied.The results show that the pathogenesis of MS is affected by multiple factors and has become an important public health issue affecting the health of international seafarers.It is necessary to take measures to reduce the risk of metabolic syndrome and improve the health of international seafarers.
