Analysis of Solvent Effect of Carbendazim by Liquid Chromatography-mass Spectrometry
In this study,Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)was used to analyze the influence of solvent effect on the determination of carbendazim content. The samples were extracted with 0.1%acetonitrile acetate, and magnesium sulfate,ethylenediamine-n-propyl silane and octadecyl silanewere selected as purifying agents to determine the residual amount of carbenda-zim in different solvents. The results showed that the solvent components had different effects on the peak height, peak area and half-peak width of carbendazim. When the solvent was mobile phase A∶B ratio of 9∶1 and 8∶2,the recovery rate and peak shape of carbendazim were better, and then with the increase of organic phase ratio, the recovery rate decreased and the peak shape became wider. When pure acetonitrile was injected,an interference peak was found in front of the target peak, and the target peak shape was poor. The results can be used for the accurate determination of carbendazim content in agricultural products, and provide a reference for professional and technical personnel engaged in pesticide residue detection.
