摘要
为确保样品流转全过程可追溯,提升海关检验工作与监管效能,加强检验风险防控,促进贸易便利化,推进智慧海关建设,本文结合海关实验室的样品流转实际场景,应用移动互联网、5G、物联网、大数据等新兴技术,研发智能样品流转平台.本文基于海关实验室在样品流转方面的管理要求及其智能化管理研究的意义,经过深入分析与设计,明确智能样品流转平台研发的具体内容,通过实践应用,大大提高了样品运转工作的效率及可靠性,可在海关推广应用,并为相关领域的监管提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
To guarantee the traceability of the whole process of sample circulation,improve the efficiency of customs inspection and supervision,strengthen the prevention and control of inspection risks,and promote trade facilitation and the construction of smart customs,this study,in combination with the actual scenario of sample circulation in customs laboratories,applied emerging technologies such as mobile Internet,5G,the Internet of Things,and big data to develop an intelligent sample circulation platform.This study aims to explore the management status quo of customs laboratories in sample circulation and the significance of intelligent management research.After in-depth analysis and design,this paper clarifies the specific content of developing an intelligent sample circulation platform.Through practical application,we have improved the efficiency and reliability of sample operation,which can be promoted and applied in the customs,and provide reference for the supervision of related fields.
