摘要
近年来,随着我国进出口贸易量增加,进境货物携带动植物疫病疫情传入风险也随之增加,现场检疫工作急需能够适应口岸快速检验检疫的技术.核酸试纸条检测技术是一种灵敏度高、特异性强、检测时间短、操作简单的可视化检测技术,在食品安全、临床诊断等领域已有相关研究及应用.本文分析了实验室现有检测技术在口岸检疫中的现状,阐述了核酸试纸条检测技术的原理与进展,综述了该技术在口岸检疫中卫生检疫、食品安全检测、动植物检疫、中药材鉴别等领域的研究及应用,并探讨了该技术在口岸检疫工作中的应用前景.
Abstract
In recent years,the escalation of China's import and export trade has corresponded with an increased risk of the introduction of animal and plant diseases via imported goods.There is an urgent need for on-site quarantine to develop technologies that can rapidly and effectively inspect and quarantine at ports.Nucleic acid test strip detection technology,characterized by high sensitivity,specificity,short detection time,and ease of operation,is a visual detection method that has been explored in domains such as food safety and clinical diagnostics.This paper reviews the current state of laboratory testing techniques in port quarantine,details the technological principles and advancements of nucleic acid test strip detection,and synthesizes research and applications of this technology in various areas including health quarantine,food safety testing,animal and plant quarantine,and the authentication of traditional Chinese medicinal materials within the context of port quarantine.Furthermore,it discusses the potential and prospects of integrating this technology into the ports quarantine.
