摘要
乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)基因分型作为HBV感染的分子流行病学调查的重要工具受到广泛关注.随着HBV基因分型方法的发展及新基因型的发现,人们对HBV基因型在HBV流行病学研究的应用和对临床治疗的影响有了更加深入的认识.本文对乙肝病毒基因型在分子流行病学和临床转归相关性研究等方面的应用进行概述.
Abstract
The genotyping of hepatitis B virus(HBV)has garnered significant attention as an essential tool for molecular epidemiological investigations of HBV infections.With the development of HBV genotyping methods and the discovery of new genotypes,there has been a deeper understanding of the appilication of HBV genotypes in epidemiological research and their impact on clinical treatments.This article outlines the utilization of HBV genotypes in various aspects,including molecular epidemiology and clinical outcomes.
