本文结合重庆海关在市场采购综合管理平台指导建设企业远程备案、商品备案、监装溯源等声音图像数据应用功能的探索实践,分析国际贸易标准化声音图像数据在推进建设国际贸易数字化转型方面具有的优势和面临的挑战,并提出了相应的建议和措施,为提升海关监管效能提供参考.
Abstract
This article analyzes the advantages and challenges faced by standardization sound and image data in advancing the digital transformation of international trade.This analysis is based on practice exploration of Chongqing Customs who guided the development of sound and image data application functions such as remote registration,commodity registration,and supervision and traceability in the comprehensive market procurement management platform.Furthermore,we propose corresponding suggestions and measures to provide a feasible path for enhancing the efficiency reference.
