摘要
本文通过对进出口商品检验监管现状进行分析,探讨基于大数据和人工智能技术的商品检验监管智能化作业,研究大数据和人工智能技术在单证审核、现场检验鉴定、实验室检测等环节的应用特点,以及海关智能审单、智能商品检验鉴定方面的典型案例,提出助力"智慧商检"建设的可行性建议,为进一步提升海关监管效能提供参考.
Abstract
This study analyzes the current situation of customs control of import and export commodities and explores the intelligent operation of commodity inspection and supervision based on big data and artificial intelligence technology.It studies the application characteristics of big data and artificial intelligence technology in the processes of document review,on-site inspection and appraisal,and laboratory testing.In addition,it presents typical cases of customs intelligent document review and intelligent commodity inspection and appraisal,proposing feasible suggestions to support the construction of"Smart Commodity Inspection"and providing references for further improving the efficiency of customs control.
