Research Progress on Different Substrates of Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy
The substrate is a crucial component of high-sensitivity surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)technology,with its structure and properties directly related to the strength of the molecular detection signal of the object to be tested,and subsequently,the detection sensitivity and resolution of the sample.Therefore,the development of new and efficient SERS substrates has been a focal point of research in this field.This paper reviews research advancements in both rigid and flexible SERS substrates,with a focus on their characteristics,preparation methods and performance in SERS applications.The development trends of SERS substrates are summarized and future prospects are discussed,which can be provided valuable insights for optimizing SERS substrates and further advancing SERS technology.
