Establishing an Information Management System for Port Biobanks
This study explores the construction of an information management system for port biobanks based on the Customs requirements for the storage of biological samples.The system employs cloud-native technologies to construct ten major system functional modules and a five-level permission workbench.Furthermore,it tests the effectiveness of the intelligent management of infectious biological samples,including those containing Mycobacterium tuberculosis,HIV and malaria parasites.The system is designed to enable the informatized management of the entire sample lifecycle and is suitable for the standardized and intelligent management of port biobanks.
