Analysis of Hp Infection and Influencing Factors in Routine Health Examination Population Aged 20-60
This study investigates the infection status of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)in a routine health examination population aged 20-60 who underwent 13C-breath tests at the Hebei International Travel Health Care Center from January to September 2023.The study also explores the related influencing factors of Hp infection in this population. The results show that out of 374 participants in this study,103 cases were found to be infected with Hp,with a positive rate of 27.54%.The positive rate among males was 31.12%,and among females,it was 21.05%,with a statistically significant difference(p<0.05).Among the different age groups, the age group of 41 to 50 had the highest positive rate, but there was no statistically significant difference in Hp positive rates across the age groups(p<0.05).Alcohol consumption, family history of Hp infection, anxiety and stress, frequent dining out, overeating, awareness of Hp knowledge, spicy food, preference for strong flavors, and overweight/obesity were the main influencing factors. The findings can provide a scientific basis for relevant departments to formulate targeted prevention and control measures and also serve as guidance for raising public awareness of Hp infection prevention.
