This paper aims to conduct an HIV antibody test in blood samples from entry-exit personnel at Wuhan port from 2019 to 2023,followed by statistical analysis and an epidemiological investigation of the confirmed positive cases. The results indicate that a total of 39 HIV-positive cases were detected, with an overall detection rate of 3.81 per 10,000 people. The detection rates for entry and exit personnel were 1.84 per 10,000 and 11.56 per 10,000,respectively.The age group of 60 years and above had the highest detection rate among exit personnel;the detection rate among exit labores and foreign students accounted for higher proportion among the positive cases. Therefore, the HIV surveillance and health education should be strengthened continuously among entry-exit personnel at Wuhan port.
