摘要
氢作为一种清洁能源,具有巨大的应用潜力,但在储存、运输和应用过程中仍面临诸多挑战.氢相关标准和监管措施的出台,有利于保障其安全、高效应用,这也是推动氢能产业发展的关键.本文通过探讨氢作为进出口商品的储存运输方式和技术,研究我国与氢品质要求有关的国家标准、行业标准和监管要求,为进一步完善相关检验监管措施和程序提供参考.
Abstract
As a clean energy source,hydrogen has enormous potential for application,but it still faces many challenges in the process of storage,transportation and application process.The introduction of hydrogen related standards and regulatory measures helps to ensure the safe and efficient application,and is the key to promoting the development of the hydrogen energy industry.This paper explores the main storage and transportation methods and technologies of hydrogen as a commodity for import and export,and studies the national standards,industry standards,and regulatory requirements related to hydrogen quality requirements in China,in order to improve hydrogen utilization efficiency and provide some reference for improving the relevant regulations and procedures for the inspection of imported and exported hydrogen commodities.
