Application of ELISA,CGM and ALT in Hepatitis C Survellance of Entry and Exit Personnel
In this paper,Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA)、Colloidal Gold Method(CGM)were used in combina-tion with Alanine Aminotransferase(ALT),to explore the prevalence of hepatitis C in entry and exit personnel. At Liaoning Port Area,178 blood samples of suspected hepatitis C among entry-exit personnel were studied.Hepatitis C antibody detection in blood samples was performed by using ELISA,CGM method and ALT,and the detection data was statistically analyzed.According to the results,172 cases were ELISA positive, with a sensitivity of 97.26%and a specificity of 59.00%;139 cases were CGM method positive, with a sensitivity of 91.78%and a specificity of 35.24%.The specificity of ELISA was better than CGM method(p<0.05).The abnormal result rate of ALT in Hepatitis C cases was 61.64%,higher than the control group(10.48%),with statistical significance achieved(p<0.05);As the ELISA absorbance value increased, the positive rates of Hepatitis C cases,CGM method positive cases, and ALT abnormal results showed an upward trend. The results showed that the combination of ELISA、CGM methods and ALT detection is beneficial for timely detection of Hepatitis C cases and reduces the occurrence of missed detections, thus providing scientific basis for more effective work on infectious diseases of entry and exit personnel.
