随着信息技术的飞速发展,海关档案管理部门致力于发挥档案利用功能以满足日益增长的业务需求.本文从深化档案利用、档案信息化、智慧海关建设三方面讨论海关引入智慧档案的意义,对海关智慧档案建设基础及难点进行分析,对研究解决方法进行探析.
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology,customs archive management departments are committed to enhancing the utility of archives to meet the growing business needs.This article discusses the significance of introducing smart archives into the customs from the three aspects of deepening archival utilization,archival informatization and smart customs construction.It then analyzes the foundation and difficulties of customs smart archive construction,and finally explores solutions to address these challenges.
