Application and Research of Digital Twins in Customs Consolidation Supervision
In the import and export at ports,consolidation operations involve complex logistics,information flows,and capital flows,hence the need for the customs to exercise stricter supervision over these operations.To deepen logistics supervision reform and enhance consolidation supervision capabilities,Ningbo Customs has actively carried out technological innovation,utilizing digital twin technology for real-time monitoring and management of the entire consolidation process.This paper presents the consolidation data on a standardized technical architecture using digital twin visualization,integrating data from multiple sources,and converging factors such as situational awareness,risk assessment,and process control of actions,proposing corresponding strategies and research directions for the supervision of consolidation operations.
