煤炭是一种化学和粒度组分都不均匀的混合物,在其质量检测过程中,制样环节至关重要.本文通过对几种煤炭常用制样设备的分析比较,将上料设备、粒度筛网以及给料运输等系统相结合,设计了一种煤炭制样辅助系统.该系统能够更好地满足煤炭制样标准中逐级破碎的要求,有效改善工作环境.同时,投料均匀,可大幅降低人为因素干扰和减轻工作人员的劳动强度.此系统能够适配传统制样设备,无需重新购置自动化制样设备,既节省了制样成本,又缩短了检测周期,提高了工作效率和检测结果的准确性,可满足日常工作需要,具有良好的应用和推广价值.
Design and Application of a New Auxiliary System for Coal Sample Preparation
Coal is a heterogeneous mixture in terms of both chemical composition and particle size,making sample preparation a critical step in quality testing.This paper presents the design of an auxiliary system for coal sample preparation,developed by integrating feeding equipment,particle size screen mesh,and feeding and transportation systems after comparing several commonly used coal sample preparation devices.The system effectively meets the requirements of stepwise crushing in coal sample standards and improves the working environment.The uniform feeding feature significantly reduces human interference and lessens the labor intensity of the operators.Moreover,the system is compatible with traditional sample preparation equipment,eliminating the need for costly automatic sample preparation systems.This not only reduces the cost of sample preparation but also shortens the testing cycle,enhances work efficiency,and improves the accuracy of the results.The system meets the needs of routine operations and holds great potential for widespread application and promotion.
