Experimental Study on Risk Assessment of Electromagnetic Compatibility of Electrical and Electronic Products
This paper explores the application of the EMC(Electromagnetic Compatibility)risk assessment method in the testing of electrical and electronic products.Due to the diversity of these products, their electromagnetic compatibility issues are often complex, requrin gattention during product design.Effective design can address most EMC-related problems.Through the risk identification, this paper assigns values to various risk factors by taking into account testing experience and the severity of each issue. All risk factors are then synthesized to calculate an overall risk assessment value, which is used to evaluate the product's risk level and determine its risk grade. The method is of positive significance for reducing costs in R&D and certification testing,as well as for improving the quality of enterprise products.
