Regression Study on Density-Temperature Coefficient of Refined Palm Kernel Oil
The paper selected four batches of imported refined palm kernel oil and measured their density curves at different tem-peratures.Using regression analysis,it was determined that the density-temperature coefficient of the four batches of refined palm ker-nel oil was 0.00070 t/(m3·℃)within the range of 30-60℃,different from the density-temperature coefficient of conventional vegetable oil, which was 0.00064 t/(m3·℃).The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the density-temperature coefficient of different vegetable oils, and selecting a reference temperature closer to the measured temperature for the determination of the reference temperature density leads to a more reasonable estimation of the density at other corresponding temperatures.
