Critical Control Points of Gas Chromatography Method for the Determination of 1,2-propanediol Based on the Evaluation of Uncertainty
In order to improve the accuracy of laboratory test results, this paper took laboratory beverage samples as test samples, and used gas chromatography to determine 1,2-propylene glycol.By studying the specific test process, the source of uncertainty was determined, and factors such as the preparation of standard solution, standard curve fitting, sample weighing and measurement repeatability were analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that standard working solution configuration, standard curve fitting, sample weighing and measurement repeatability all contributed to the uncertainty, among which standard working solution configuration and standard curve fitting contributed the most, with the contribution rates being 68.86%and 30.80%respectively,and the uncertainty caused by sample weighing was negligible. The critical control point of the determination of 1,2-propylene glycol by gas chromatography was the configuration process of the standard working solution. In the daily testing process, the preparation operation process of the standard solution should be standardized, the steps of the solution preparation should be simplified as far as possible, and the calibration glass container should be used to ensure the accuracy and scientificity of the test results. The results can improve the detection quality of 1,2-propylene glycol and provide a new idea for accurate detection.
